Due to the nature of secondhand and vintage apparel, typical wear & tear may be present. I'll communicate any major/odd flaws to you.
If you tend to be very particular about your clothing and/or try-on's are a must before buying
- please save us both the heartache and assume a style bundle is *not* for you.
Pieces already listed on the website or are apart of a story sale are not eligible for style bundles.
Shipping
Processing Time: All orders are carefully processed within 1-3 business days. We hand-inspect each vintage item to ensure quality before shipment.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
Domestic Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within the USA Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping: We do not ship internationally.
Packaging: Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Exchange Requests
Please note that all sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We’re happy to consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help. Just fill out our return request form and we will contact you back shortly!
